Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns unless:

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Include your order number, contact information, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your claim:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or payment provider.

  • Then contact your bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
