Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns unless:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If your order qualifies for a return or refund:

Include your order number, contact information, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your claim:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank or payment provider.
Then contact your bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been opened or used.
Products not in their original condition or packaging.
Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
